Penne Creamy Pasta
Penne Pasta 200Gm
Beans 150 Gms
Cream – 1 pack of 200 ML
Pasta sauce – 1 tsp (Optional)
Herbs
Salt
Black pepper (crushed)
Olive oil –butter
Blanch pasta and beans one by one. When boiling pasta add a
pinch pf salt and a tsp of olive oil in water.
Heat oil in a pan; add beans and sauté for a minute. Then
add pasta and stir well. Be care full pasta is very sticky. Try in nonstick
pan. Sauté for 3 minutes. Turn off the heat. Now add cream and pasta sauce and
stir well so that both cream and sauce coat the pasta and beans. Add salt,
herbs and black pepper. Add some coriander leave for garnishing or you can add
feta cheese of pizza cheese as well.
