Ingredients:-
Paneer 250 GM (fried)
Tamarind Pulp 50 GM (Soaked in warm water then drain for
pulp)
Mustard seeds ½ tsp
Sounf 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Salt (according to test)
Black pepper 1tsp
Cream ½ cup
Mint leaves (10 to 15)
Butter (2tsp)
Bundi (3 tsp)
1 small Onion (finely chopped)
Green chilies 2-3 no (finely chopped)
Sugar (4 tsp)
Method :-
Add 2 tsp butter in a pan.(You can use mustard oil also in
place of butter) Heat butter add mustard seeds and sounf. Add Imli pulp after
1-2 minutes. Steer mixture till it become thick then add sugar and chopped
Onion. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Add mint leaves (chopped). Make mixture more thick
then slowly slowly add cream in to . steer in between while you are adding
cream. Add boondi and paneer to the mixture. Cook it for 2-3 minutes. Chatpata
paneer is ready. You can increase or decrease sugar and pulp quantity according
to your test.
Garnish it with some mint leaves and onion ring.
