Ingredients
Chicken breast (2 nos)
Black paper (Freshly crushed)
Ginger Garlic paste 1 tsp for marination, 1 tsp for souse
Lemon Juice 2 tsp
Salt according to test
Water (1/2 cup)
Butter (1 tsp)
Olive Oil (2 tsp)
Tomato puree (1 small pack)
Marination:-
Marinate chicken breast with a tsp of Olive oil, Sprinkle
some black pepper, 1 tsp of Ginger Garlic paste and salt according to test
.keep marinated chicken in fridge for 10-15 minutes.
Procedure:-
Take a pan; add some butter, crushed black pepper and Ginger
garlic paste. Cook all mixture in low heat for 1-2 minutes then add tomato
puree and 1 tsp of lemon juice. Cook till the mixture get thick. Add salt and
water. You can add water according to consistency.
Take chicken breast and put in a non-stick pan. Add some
olive oil and cook chicken breast till it become soft.
