Hydrabadi Punch
Ingredients –
4-5 Bread (3-4 Days Old, Wheat Bread)
Boiled potatoes (80% boiled) 4
For Sizzling –
Garam Masala 1tsp
Red Chilies – 2-3
Salt – according to test
For layers
Tomato (Finally chopped) 2
Onion (finally chopped) 2
Green Mint chutney
Tomato souse
Nylon Bhujia
Method –
Make dough from potatoes by adding garam masala, Salt and
chilies. Cut Bread in to triangle shape and put one layer of potato paste on
bread. Sallow fry potato layered bread in oil from base (The side which is not
covered by potato) then take bread in to napkin paper to make soak extra oil.
Soak all oil with the help of napkin.
Layers –
1st – Green chutney - Make a neat layer of
chutney
2nd -
Sprinkle onion on next layer (top of chutney) and with the help of your
palm presses it lightly.
Now repeat same procedure for tomatoes and then top of
tomatoes add one layer of tomato souce and on the top sprinkle nylon Bhujia.
Cover the top with nylon Bhujia and clean side. Nothing will be stick on the
sides of bread.
Garnishing –
Garnish it with a pinch of green chutney and tomato sauce on
top .
