Paneer Kulcha




Paneer Kulcha
Ingredients:
1.       Maida (2 cup)
2.       Milk (1 cup)
3.       Oil (for dough, 3-4 tsp)
4.       Baking soda (1-2 pinch)
5.       Paneer (100 gms)
6.       Onion (1 small chopped)
7.       Green chilies (2-3 chopped)
8.       Garam Masala (1/2 tsp)
9.       Salt (according to test)
10.   Coriander leaves (chopped)
Method:-
To make dough:-
Add Maida, baking soda, pinch of salt, milk together and mix well. Add oil and prepare a soft dough. Keep it for 15 minutes.
For Stuffing:-
Crumble paneer, Add Onion, masala, chilies, salt and coriander leaves and mix well.
Now take dough and make small roti (1” thick) of dough and fill mixture in roti (Like pranthas). Heat a non-stick pan. Take roti into pan. Heat roti for 4-5 minutes. Turn the roti and close the lid of pan for 3-4 minutes. Open the lid and take roti (kulcha)  away from pan. Enjoy with butter J
