Banana Mithadi (Sweet desert)

Ingredients:-

1.       Desi Ghee (2 Tsp)

2.       Water 1 cup

3.       Sugar (1 cup)

4.       Dry fruits (cashew, Almonds, Kishmish, Pistachio

5.       Coconut dry (cut in thin small slices))

6.       Banana (Sliced)

7.       Color

Preparation: -

Add 2 tsp desi ghee in pan. Heat for 1 minute.Add all dry fruits and banana slices (You can use fried bread also). Sauté them for 1-2 minutes, Add Sugar and water. Add color, Saute all mixure for 5-10 minutes till the sugar is caramelized .Add Coconut (Cut in slices). Enjoy mithadi with roti or as dessert after meal.
