Meethi Annari Puri with the twist of Orange



Ingredients –
Hung Curd 100 Gm
Pomegranate 1 pc
Orange 1 pc (for Pulp)
Cashew Nuts (Finally chopped)
Banana (Sliced) 1 pcs
Powdered Sugar (according to test)
Honey
Pomegranate Juice
Pani puri Shells

Method –
Put hung curd in a bowl. Add powdered sugar according to test. Mix it with light hands or spoon.   Be aware that curd’s texture should not be change. Take Orange pulp and mix well with mixture. Add Cashew nuts. Add one spoon of Pomegranate juice. Mix all ingredients well but lightly.
Presentation –
Carefully fill all mixture in pani puri. Take banana Slice to cover pani puri. Sprinkle some pomegranate seeds on it. Drizzle honey over it. Take shot glasses. Set them in serving tray. Fill half with pomegranate juice and cover it with filled pani puri.
