Peanut Mint Dip
Roasted peanut 100 gm
Mint 15-20 leaves
Green Dhaniya (chopped) ¼ cup or 5-10 leaves
Garlic 7-8 medium cloves
Ginger chopped ½ cup
Salt according to test
Thick cream 1 tsp (Teaspoon)
Green Chilies (according to test) or red dry chilies
Lemon Juice (half lemon)
Mix all ingredients together and blend till it become refine
paste. Your dip is ready.
