Ingredients:-
Canpes – 8-10
Salad Tomato 1-2
Onion (finely chopped) 1-2
Roasted Peanuts
Corn Flakes (Crisped)
Green Chutney
Mint Leaves – 1\2 cup
Coriander bunch
Butter ½ tea spoon (for silky texture)
Lemon 2-4 drops
Green Chilies 1-2
Tomato (Green) 1 pc
Black Salt – according to test
(Grind all Ingredients together )
Sizzling
Black salt
Red chilies (Optional)
Tomato sauce 1-2 tsp
Garnishing
Nylon Bhujia
Green chutney
Tomato sauce
Method
Fry Canpes one by one. Take it out from oil once that
started change color. All Canpes should be equally fried. Take them in napkin
paper so that extra oil can be soaked. Finally chopped onion and tomatos. Add
cornflakes, peanuts, 1-2 tsp pf green dip and 1-2 tsp of tomato sauce. Mix all
these ingredients together. Take one canpes, Hold canpes with fingers and fill
prepared mixture in them very carefully. Make small triangular mountain of mixture
in canpes. Then set one pinch of nylon Bhujia on the top (Not to sprinkle) ,
add one pinch of green chutney on the top of nylon Bhujia and finally 1-2 drops
of sauce on the top . Now repeat all this method for other canpes as well.
Canpes are ready. Enjoy them as a evening snacks or breakfast or as a brunch.
Note - Canpes are like a soya cups which are available in market very easily in different shapes. These can be made in home too.
